How many reps for this isolated excercise ? (mass goal)

Hi Bill, if you goal is mass then its as much weight as you can handle for as many reps as you can handle.
Would aim for a heavy weight and about 4-5 reps.

Hi Laura,
Rest between sets is completely your prerogative.
Usually you would look to wait about 1 minute, however depending on how easy or hard your last set was you should adapt the rest period to suit.
