Dumbbell Upright Row Muscles Used

Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Raise the frame so your arms almost fully extend
  • Do not lock out your arms
  • Lower the frame to shoulder height but do not let the weight stack touch down

  • Trapezius
  • Triceps Brachii
