Muscles Used

Instructions

  • Do not hyperextend your neck
  • Lie flat on your front
  • Place your hands on your lower back
  • Extend your back
  • Only extend until you feel a slight squeeze in your lower back muscle
  • Lower yourself so your chest touches the floor
  • Note - If you feel any pain in your lower back while performing the exercise other than the muscle contraction, stop immediately
