Muscles Used

Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Position yourself between two benches
  • Grip the bench with hands shoulder width apart
  • Rest your feet on the adjacent bench
  • Bend your arms and lower yourself so your upper arms are parallel with the floor
  • Push up until your arms are almost fully extended

  • Triceps Brachii
  • Anterior Deltoid
  • Pectoralis Major
  • Latissimus Dorsi
