Instructions

  • In standing hold the stick in your non-target hand
  • Place the other end of the stick against the palm of your target hand
  • Use your arm to assist the shoulder abduction of your target arm
  • Only move your target arm within a comfortable range - do not push through any pain
  • Slowly return to the start position
