Instructions

  • In standing place the stick in your hand and position it behind your back
  • Take hold of the other end of the stick with your target hand
  • Use your arm to assist the extension of your target arm
  • Only move your target arm within a comfortable range - do not push through any pain
  • Slowly return to the start position
